EMSA Founders
We are 10 very different medical students, who met by coincidence and - as the French proverb says "Le hazard fait bien les choses" - found out they had the
exact same vision in mind.
Maybe it’s in our genes, maybe it is that voice inside of us shouting for change, or maybe we have found our calling.
...Who knows...
Certainly, this wasn't a piece of cake for us (check out “The EMSA Story” to have an idea about that), but only the power of the will and the strong belief we all had made our dream come true!

Ahmed AbdelAziz, Ahmad Belal, Ayman Wafik, HebatAllah Ebrahim, Karim Ali, Karim Ismail, Karim Moataz, Mohamed Dawoud, Omar Khater and Yahia Hashish: Those are the people who decided to break the norms, do it from scratch, and face an endless flow of obstacles only for the sake of
making their dream come true.
All 10 of us, from 2 different faculties (Kasr Al-Ainy
and Ain Shams) have come to acknowledge that no change would be in order unless we work hard, maintain perseverance, keep up the will to change to the better and refuse corruption by all means.
Our EMSA, the Egyptian Medical Students' Association, is founded on the basis of a fair clear system, which aims to serve the needs of medical students, as well as the community and to outstand in this field.
It is our indescribable motivation, optimism and striving for perfection that propel us.
EMSA foundation is not a phase in our history. Challenges have become a habit, and the role of the EMSA founders is beginning to shrink as the growing pool of EMSA members is promising to show us all that it was really worth it.
