On one hand, EMSA, its corporate and non-corporate contacts, are in need, on daily basis, of young medical graduates, or even undergraduate medical students for part-time jobs that require their young spirit, energy, creativity and will to learn. On the other hand EMSA members are usually in quest for independence, financial autonomy and the sense of fulfillment nothing brings better than having accomplishing something, Whether in EMSA or anywhere else.
The EMSA Employment Bay is therefore working to provide volunteer or paid job opportunities to medical sciences students (undergraduate or postgraduate), as part-time, summer jobs or volunteer work. These jobs provide professional training and a salary that is to be decided by the employer. This service is provided free of charge to all medical students, members or not.

EMSA Partners' Paid Employments:
What we do is that we bring both sides together: We gather the data about our members part-time job needs, as well as the job proposer’s detailed job information. We promote, set-up an interview, and when we get a match, our task is done.
What makes this service special as well is that, before the interview, our teams help the job candidate writing their CVs, giving them interview tips and most importantly updating them with all sort of job vacancies we get. On the other side, the job proposer’s identity is often not revealed till after the selection has been done, in order to ensure a transparent, influence-free recruitment where personal relations and recommendations fail to interfere.
The continuity of this service is relying on the current EMSA members who one day will recur to EMSA to provide them with other young medical graduates to give them the chance they were once given.
