Network's Arm
Like a grand and miraculous spaceship, our association shall sail through the universe of time, and for a brief moment, we will be among its many passengers. From the very beginning of our EMSA dream, we have always sought to reach out to one another, to bridge the gap between us, to communicate.
Through the development of a our network, comes a vital key to our survival, for the first time we can share and learn from one another, we bond together in small teams in order to prosper, no longer isolated, no longer alone.
Our Network is our most valued treasure, its expansion is more than an ambition, it’s a necessity. Making people understand what EMSA is all about, and what’s the real dream EMSA is aiming at achieving is therefore the primary aim of the Network’s Arm. The Network’s arm activists are meticulously chosen to be messengers of peace that are capable to go around every corner of our country to offer an alternative way of co-existing, embracing everyone’s differences and working hand in hand to achieve something bigger than life itself.
Working in the network's Arm means having 4 words in mind:
1) Recruitment
2) Branches
3) Trainings
and 4) Support.
The network's arm is therefore an internal supporting arm that aims exclusively at the support, stability, development and expansion of the EMSA network.
1) Recruitement
Through the different EMSessions we carry out all over the country, we aim at making everyone really grasp the essence of EMSA and castaway any misconceptions one might have about what we do. We then initiate our ripple of recruitment, begin involving our Younglings into our extended network, make sure no one is lost between all the arms, branches and acronyms, direc

2) Branches
We also study the need of creating of any new branches, guide its founders on how to do so, follow-up their work and reports, and provide crisis management interventions when they’re needed. A yearly evaluation of all EMSA branches is a must to track their progress towards achieving their goals, in addition, the networking arm has a vital role in monitoring the local elections process and contributing in the selection committee to make sure the branches sustainability and continuity is respected. 3) Trainings
The Network’s arm is in charge of providing the training calibers, materials, modules and trainers according to the needs of each branch, arm or project. When it’s needed, external trainers may be called for special needs. But generally speaking in EMSA, we do our best to do everything on our own. It tastes better this way. In cases of crisis, special crisis management trainings and general management guidance are among the ways the network arm can help. Financial administration, leadership, project management and
many other fields are among the things we recur to in all our fields of work.
4) Support:
Our special crisis management team serves at being always on call to interfere when it’s needed. After all, the problems a branch might have, have the biggest impact on our entire structure, and whenever a branch is in trouble, it’s our job to provide the help and support needed to get it through. When a local branch undergoes hard times that surpass the level of outsider support, an external auditing team intervenes, meets up with the branch members and leaders, dig into the real causes of the problems and, together with the local leading team, they fix things, EMSA style. Radical solutions are the only solutions.
On this way of inspiration, we sail to a bold new era of communication bringing our members together as never before, and as our appetite for knowledge and information grows, our world will begin to shrink.
A new EMSA communication super network is being built right before our eyes, our network glows with billions of interactions carrying experiences and moments from all across the country. Physical distance is no longer a barrier to our communication, today all EMSA members are next door neighbors, our news is their news, their news is ours, we share our hopes and concerns with our entire network.
